Amixie Solutions is also an agency that offers unique solutions to common challenges through its strategic consulting and facilitation services. Creative, collaborative and straightforward, Amixie Solutions offers holistic and honest support (whether in strategic planning, animation, governance, etc.).

Bio: Passionate about French-Canadian music, Natalie Bernardin began her career in the arts in 1998 as the program director (at the age of 23) of the Festival du Voyageur - the largest winter festival in Western Canada. Since then, she has been involved in the organization of numerous large-scale events, at the regional, national and international levels.

From the Jeux de la francophonie canadienne (Winnipeg, 2005) to the National Forums of Canada-wide festivals and the implementation of the Initiative de Promotion à l'Internationale de la Musique Franco-Ontarienne (IPIMFO), his varied experiences have allowed him to develop a refined expertise in strategic planning, human resources management and event management/planning. 

She coordinated the creation of the first cultural distribution network for Western and Northern Canada - Le Réseau des Grands Espaces - and served as its Executive Director for 5 years before leaving her native Manitoba in 2010 for Ottawa, the nation's capital. There, she began a new chapter as Executive Director of the Association des Professionnels de la Chanson et de la Musique (APCM), where she would become a key element in the organization's evolution for 10 years.

After years of working in the development of arts organizations and structures, Natalie decided to change direction and use her skills to develop the careers of artists. In January 2020, Amixie Solutions Inc. was born - a company dedicated to serving the community, artists and the Canadian Francophonie.

Amixie Solutions Inc. is a small company that specializes in creating solutions for its clients. The structure offers booking services (show agency), "à la carte" management services for independent artists (career plans, press relations, grant applications, touring plans, etc.) as well as strategic consulting services (coaching, strategic planning, training workshops, administrative mentoring, etc.). A multitude of services allow its founder Natalie to nourish her love for music, for artists and for her francophonie.

Amixie also works in Africa, with a base in Lomé, Togo, in order to create bridges between artists from the Canadian Francophonie and those from West Africa - two worlds that she particularly likes and that are at the heart of her actions.
